General Assembly Instructions

-Using an Exacto or other hobby blade, cut the bead of glue located under the canopy between the colored plastic at the bottom of your canopy and the foam. This will release your canopy from your cockpit.

-Use Medium CA to Glue Sub Assemblies Together (Our Parts)

-Follow the Pictures Here for Locations of Each Part

-Use Products Such as Goop/E6000/ 5min Epoxy to Glue Our Parts to the Airframe

-Glue Canopy Back onto the Foam.

-Pilots can be modified by simply cutting through the body with a sharp pair of scissors or hobby knife. The pilots are stuffed and have a soft metal wire internally (the pilots spine). It is recommended to remove the lower section of the flight suit before cutting and leaving some excess to fold under the pilots body once it has been cut. This extra flight suit material can be glued in place to hold the chest stuffing in. Once modifications have been complete, simple glue your pilots into the installed cockpit kit. Check for clearance height to your canopy prior to final installation.

-FOR SERVO HEAD PILOTS BE SURE NOT TO CUT THE SERVO WIRE LOCATED UNDER THE FLIGHT SUIT.

-Servo head pilots should be cut just under the servo body.

-Servo head pilots will require a hole to be drilled down through the cockpit kit and foam to run the power wire.
